Rough Rider!

B loves her new bike, but is not quite ready to take the training wheels off. We will start practicing for that when spring rolls around!

















Kynlee has fun chasing B around. Her legs move faster than her on a bike. But this spring will be her turn to learn to ride the trike and bike too! :-)

Tooth fairy

Dear tooth fairy,





.... Please stop by the Jensen house tonight, Brooky lost her first tooth, make that two teeth. However, some difficulty was encountered and she swallowed the first. Oops! We will put the remaining tooth under her pillow tonight.

Brooklyn's new room

Here is B's new room:










We got her: hello kitty bedding, a pink trash can, desk organizers, a desk chair, and she got a new desk we found of the side of the road for free.

We still need to get a few wall decorations and I am going make her a wall hanging that she can pin/clip her drawings to so she can display her art.

Very cute.

Darn technology

Well, our laptop is kapoot. The graphic card and hardware for the screen is bad. It will cost almost as much to fix than to buy a new one!

I told my father-in-law that it is okay. We can do without one for a while.

Then I get an email today from my t2t professor. Class started today.... Oops.... Forgot I have online masters classes to take. Crap, I really do need my laptop.

Jeff thinks he can rig my laptop so it runs thru a different monitor and hook up a different keyboard. Jimmy rigged will be how my desk looks, but ya gotta do what ya gotta do!

PS. Look at this stuffed animal Brooklyn got from her doctor today after getting her shots!!! Wow! All I used to get was a sucker or a sticker!!!!

Bought this really cool scarf for $1.75 at Dillon's. I love it.





Bought this awesome washer and dryer set at an auction for $80 and sold the set for $250 on Craigslist! $$$!

Other happening:

-school started back up again so I am trying to get in the swing of things. Tomorrow I will have 15 middle school kids in my classes 'testing' out high school science.
And my district observer came today and said I am the best first year teacher she has ever seen. She said I am better than most seasoned teachers she knows. (not that I have a big head or anything).... But I kinda knew that already. Hahaha

-B and K have been sick. I think B had an ear infection and K had a sinus infection. Both are getting better.

- Wes is still loving his job. He has been doing really well and getting lots of overtime.

- B has her birthday party of Saturday that I need to get ready for. She wants to re-do her room in Hello Kitty. We will see. We might spiff it up a little.

-we set Kynlee her own room back up as she and B were not working out in the same room. Kynlee was waking up Brooklyn all the time and not sleeping well. The separate rooms seems to be working much better.

- I start masters classes again in a week. Bring on the hectic mess!
